Flavia and Itziar have helped us do a complete renovation of our apartment. They have been fantastic to work with and have many times gone above and beyond our expectations. When designing the layout they really saw what we were looking for and came up with different ideas and suggestions based on their previous experiences and projects. The contractors they work with, have all delivered high quality work and on time. Any changes we have made during the project has seamlessly been integrated into the plan. They made an estimate of the project cost upfront (very detailed) and we were kept informed on the cost of changes we made before initiated, so no financial surprise at the end. We live in Danmark, but this has not been a challenge at all, we have had regular team meetings, pictures and video updates throughout the entire process. They have also helped us on the interior decorating and next up is the patio. We can only give them our highest recommendation, we trust them like family and close friends.

We have been working with Flavia and Itziar to renovate our house in La Herradura. They have been wonderful to work with in every aspect and have gone above and beyond for us on many occasions. When designing the plans, they really see the vision that we are going for and find solutions to make them a reality. We live in the US but it has not been a barrier with regular communication and update videos, throughout the entire process. We are now working with them on interior decorating and next year we will start our next major project with them to renovate the pool and garden area.

YOU WILL GET MORE THAN EXPECTED! Itziar and Flavia are always in a good mood, solution-oriented, help you think through every detail, professional, help you get the most out of your budget and keep you constantly updated. You notice that they enjoy their profession and follow trends, new solutions and materials that are on the market. It is clear that these two wonderful ladies have long experience and know what they are doing. We have put the whole project in their hands and trusted them. The result is perfect! I work in the real estate and construction industry myself and would have loved to have this duo in my pocket in Norway 😉 Our beloved vacation home has had a total makeover and we LOVE it! Thank you so much!

I had the best experience working with Flavia from IF Home Staging. Flavia is a truly professional bringing expert advice in line with what I was seeking. The project was not a small feat and also had to be managed whilst I spend some time overseas. At every stage of the works I was consulted and Flavia made sure to find the trades people to deliver quality work. Her project management skills are outstanding. Balance was found to navigate what one wants and what one can afford – a major skillset! I HIGHLY recommend Flavia and her company!

As a foreigner, I decided to build a swimming pool.
It turned out everything was simple.
Great architectural design, legal services, assistance in selecting a contractor, plus investment settlement.
They guided me every step of the way.
Highly recommended!!!

We renovated our apartment with the help of Itziar and Flavia, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them! They are truly dedicated to their craft and quickly grasp their clients’ desires. Passionate, organized, respectful, and responsible, they excel in their field. I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional work.
With my extensive experience in renovating various apartments, I can confidently say that we are incredibly fortunate to have met Itziar and Flavia and entrusted them with our renovation project. They are, without a doubt, the best in their profession.

Itziar and Flavia did a great job renovating our apartment while we were in the US. Communication was fluid and they consulted us continually. They know all the local carpinters and plumbers and made everything very easy! They also offer very good advice about materisls and design!

With the great help of Flavia and Itziar we managed to renovate and redecorate the house we bought in La Herradura. We are very happy with the result and we could not have done it without their continuous and valuable support. IF Home managed with us all the activities, from the design of the plans, to various suppliers and materials selection, until the execution follow-up. Flavia and Itziar made always sure they listen and understand our vision and our needs, took them into account, managed them in a very flexible way and always with a smile. The service we received was a clear value for money and we definitely recommend them.
